About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and work across a diverse range of exciting brands.

You’ll be designing content for cafés, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, sports, and other consumer brands, so we’re looking for someone who understands visual storytelling, current design trends, and how to create content that feels fresh and relevant on social media.

What You’ll Do

- Create social media creatives, posts, carousels, stories, banners, campaigns, and digital marketing assets
- Develop visually engaging designs for Instagram and other social platforms
- Work across different brand aesthetics — from minimal & premium to bold, trendy, playful, and Gen-Z
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with the content, social media, and creative teams to bring ideas to life
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms
- Create campaign visuals and creative concepts based on briefs
- Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, typography, layouts, and visual styles
- Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently
- Manage multiple brand requirements and deadlines simultaneously

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience — agency experience is a plus




- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Canva; knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and layout
- A good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to translate a brief into a strong visual concept
- Understanding of social media design trends
- Ability to work across multiple industries and adapt to different brand identities
- Good communication and time-management skills
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual thinking and variety

Bonus Points If You
- Understand Instagram and social-first design
- Have experience working with food & beverage, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or sports brands
- Can create designs that are Pinterest-worthy, trendy, and commercially effective
- Have basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
- Keep up with current design and social media trends
