Remote | Contract work - task based | Required minimum 4 hours per day | Freshers are welcome

We’re looking for a creative, reliable content marketer who can turn ideas into compelling stories and use AI tools confidently to create quality content. If you enjoy writing, experimenting with prompts, and delivering work on time, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Use storytelling to make content relevant, explicit, and memorable.
- Write and refine AI prompts for research, ideation, drafting, and repurposing content.
- Edit and fact-check AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, originality, and a consistent brand voice.
- Manage assigned tasks and submit deliverables within agreed time frames.
- Track feedback and content performance to improve your work.

What we’re looking for

- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- AI fluency is a must: you should be comfortable using AI tools in your everyday workflow.
- Practical prompt engineering skills, including refining prompts and evaluating outputs.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable availability for a minimum of 4 hours per day and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Freshers are welcome, your skills, curiosity, and quality of work matter more than years of experience.

Pay and performance

- Base pay: ₹5,000 per month.
- Task bonuses: ₹50–₹250 per completed task, depending on the quality of work submitted and approved by team leads.
- Bonus payments are based on task completion and approval. They are variable and not guaranteed.
- Work is KPI-based, with defined deliverables, quality expectations, and submission deadlines.

Selection process

Start by completing Assessment 1. AI use is forbidden for this assessment, we want your original thinking and raw human writing. Perfect grammar and spelling are not required.

Only shortlisted applicants will receive access to Assessment 2 and any further selection stages.

Contract terms

This is task-based freelance contract, requiring a minimum of 4 hours per day. It is not a full-time employment position and does not include employee benefits. Deliverables, payment terms, and working arrangements will be set out in the contract.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
