Role Description The Freelance Business Development Associate will support full-time business development activities on-site at Hatchlab Innovations’ office in Bidhannagar. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, and preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients and partners. The role involves maintaining communication with stakeholders, assisting in the development of proposals, and tracking business development metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong presentation-related skills, including Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Market Research, data gathering, and analysis to support business decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a consulting or innovation-focused workplace.
- Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and meet agreed deliverables as a freelance professional.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
