Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents for UG & PG admissions (Online / Offline programs)
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and university options clearly
- Follow up on assigned leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Assist students with application, documentation, and admission process
- Maintain lead status and counselling updates
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 6 months experience in education counselling / admissions preferred
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)
- Ability to work independently and manage leads
- Basic knowledge of UG & PG courses (MBA, BBA, BCA, BA, MA, etc.)
- Laptop, smartphone, and secure internet connection required
