Senior Frappe Python Developer | ERPNext | 2–5 Years Experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Frappe Python Developer to join our team and help design, customize, and maintain ERP solutions built on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. If you have 2–5 years of hands-on Frappe/ERPNext experience and enjoy solving real business problems with clean, maintainable code, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext
- Design and configure DocTypes, Custom Fields, Workflows, Reports, Print Formats, and Dashboards
- Write Server Scripts and Client Scripts to meet evolving business requirements
- Build and consume REST APIs for third-party integrations
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented Python code
- Troubleshoot bugs, debug issues, and resolve production incidents
- Manage data and reporting on MariaDB/MySQL
- Handle application deployment and maintenance using Bench on Linux servers
- Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver solutions on time
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development practices

What You'll Need

- 2–5 years of experience with Python and the Frappe Framework
- Solid,



hands-on experience customizing ERPNext
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja templating
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Working knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL
- Proficiency with Git version control
- Comfort with Linux environments and the Bench CLI
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, CRM, HR, Inventory, or Accounting
- Experience building custom reports, print formats, and workflow designs
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Docker or cloud deployment environments
