nAs we accelerate our expansion, we are looking for a

nAbout the role:

nThis is a revenue ownership role . The person will be responsible for driving business from our franchise network and working closely with franchise partners to build profitable, sustainable stores.

nWhat will you own?

n• Drive revenue from franchise stores based on city and market potential

n• Partner with franchisees through the complete business journey

n• Support store launch, operations, sales, customer experience and business development





n• Identify opportunities to improve store productivity and profitability

n• Develop and execute city-wise growth plans

n• Monitor store performance and drive corrective actions

n• Mentor and handhold franchise partners to help them succeed

n• Build strong, long-term relationships with franchisees

n• Work closely with internal teams to ensure franchisee success

nWho are we looking for?

n✅ 12–15+ years of experience

n✅ Robust experience in consumer retail / retail operations

n✅ Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role managing multiple stores

n✅ Experience in modular furniture / interiors / home improvement will be highly relevant

n✅ Strong business development and commercial orientation

n✅ Proven ability to drive revenue through retail stores

n✅ Excellent relationship-building and franchisee-handling skills

n✅ Strong mentoring, coaching and handholding mindset
