- Strong understanding of MIS & FP&A; reporting (Revenue, Costs, SG&A;, Margins)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Actual vs Budget vs Forecast variance analysis
- Contribution / Variable Margin analysis
- Positive understanding of financial statements like Cash flow, P & L and Balance Sheet
- Strong analytical mindset ability to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers
Below additional skill is a mandatory for TL role
1. IFRS Standards knowledge ( details in attached JD)

1. SAP exposure (GL, Cost Centers, Reports, Costing runs)
