Founding Culinary & Kitchen Operations Partner

Enwisen Global Advisors is assisting a confidential client in identifying a senior culinary professional to join the founding leadership team of an emerging Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / Quick Food business.

This is not a conventional Executive Chef position.

The client is looking for an entrepreneurial culinary professional who wants to participate in building and scaling a food brand, with an opportunity for equity participation and long-term ownership.

THE MANDATE The selected professional will take a leadership role across:

? Menu & Recipe Development

? Product Innovation

? Food Costing & Menu Engineering

⚙️ Kitchen SOPs & Process Design

?‍? Kitchen Team Development

? Procurement & Vendor Management

? Quality & Portion Control

?‍? Training & Standardisation

? Multi-Outlet Scalability

? New Product Development

? Wastage & Cost Optimisation

? Replicable Kitchen Systems The objective is to build a culinary and kitchen operating system that can be consistently replicated as the business scales.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are interested in professionals who have experience as:

- Executive Chef
- Head Chef / Culinary Head
- QSR Kitchen Head
- Culinary R&D; Professional
- Restaurant Operations Head with strong culinary expertise
- Food Entrepreneur
- Chef with proven experience in building menus and kitchen systems

More importantly, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset.

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond:

“Can I make this dish?”

and thinks about:

“Can we make this dish consistently, profitably and at scale?”





THE EQUITY OPPORTUNITY The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join the business as a founding culinary/operations partner, subject to mutually agreed terms.

The equity structure will be based on factors including:

- Experience
- Role and responsibility
- Time commitment
- Contribution to the business
- Long-term involvement
- Agreed performance milestones A suitable vesting structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

LOCATION

? Surat, Gujarat The role is expected to involve significant hands-on involvement during the initial build-out phase.
