Role Description This is a full-time Founder's Office role based in New Delhi, structured as a hybrid position with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves working directly with the founder on strategic initiatives, including market research, business analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring alignment between leadership priorities and execution teams.

The position also requires drafting communication and documentation, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and business performance.



The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced workplace, handling multiple priorities, and maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data, build insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear business writing and the ability to prepare decks, briefs, and reports.
- Project management capabilities, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring follow-through.
- Business acumen and interest in marketing, growth strategy, and brand building, ideally with exposure to startups or high-growth environments.
- Comfort with digital tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project management platforms).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintain high levels of ownership, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage but not required.
- Prior experience in founder’s office, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
