The Founder's Office plays an important role in helping the founding team execute across these priorities.

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing individual to join the Founder's Office and work closely with the founders across strategy, product, business, finance, operations and special projects. This is a generalist role with significant exposure to different parts of the business. The scope of the role will evolve based on the company's priorities.

You may work on a strategic market analysis one day, support a customer or product initiative the next, and build a financial model or operating process after that. The role is suited to someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, learns quickly and can take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy, Product and Business

- Work with the founders and cross-functional teams on strategic priorities, product initiatives and company-wide projects.
- Conduct market, customer, industry and competitive research to identify current opportunities.
- Evaluate new markets, products, partnerships and business initiatives through structured analysis and business cases.
- Support customer, partner, investor and fundraising discussions with relevant research,



presentations and financial models.
- Build processes, dashboards and operating mechanisms to improve execution, coordination and efficiency.
- Take ownership of high-priority and ambiguous projects, develop practical recommendations and support founders on business-critical initiatives.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical ability, communication skills and a demonstrated ability to take ownership.

- 1–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, product, strategy, business operations, finance or a related analytical role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills.
- Strong research and information synthesis capabilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Consulting or investment banking experience.
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, risk or financial services.




- Product or technology experience.
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Familiarity with AI and emerging technology.
