You will be responsible for building out new business initiatives and ventures at NOCT by working directly with the founder's office team on strategic projects and managing the same. Taking ideas from a strategic level and successfully bringing them into the real world is the primary expectation from this role!
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the founders in everyday operations.
- Work directly with the founders' office team on strategic projects to crack strategic business problems
- Research, model, evaluate and plan go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market and industry research for the key strategic projects
- Work with a cross-functional team to ensure implementation and monitoring of initiatives
- Identify, define, manage, and assist ad-hoc special projects and initiatives that are strategic to the company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive projects to closure.
What you need to bring to the table:
- An ambitious self starter, with the curiosity to learn and implement on the job.
- A jack of all trades, willing to take up responsibility and ownership. If you are looking for an internship which allows you to wear different hats, you're the perfect fit.
- An entrepreneur at heart, i.e you are not only excited about startups but also really understand what it is like to work in one.
- Solid communication skills.
- Recent graduate or in final year of undergrad / MBA.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage time well.
- A background in design and knowledge of the design process is a huge plus.
- Longer duration is preferred.
