We're Hiring: Founder's Office Intern

We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the Founder at Elysora Films.

This isn't a role where you'll just be given repetitive tasks. You'll get to see how a wedding photography and filmmaking company is actually built and run — from handling clients and coordinating teams to marketing, operations, and new ideas.

You'll work directly with the Founder, get involved in different aspects of the business, and have the opportunity to learn by actually doing.

What you'll be doing:

- Working closely with the Founder on day-to-day tasks
- Helping coordinate photographers, cinematographers, editors, vendors, and other team members
- Following up with clients, freelancers and vendors
- Helping with project planning and scheduling
- Assisting with social media, marketing and brand-related work
- Researching competitors, trends and new ideas
- Creating presentations, documents and spreadsheets when required
- Helping organise and improve internal systems
- Assisting with new projects and business ideas
- Keeping track of follow-ups and making sure things don't get missed
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and seeing them through

Basically, you'll get to be involved in a little bit of everything that goes into running a growing creative business.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is

- A final-year student or recent graduate
- Good at communication
- Organised and responsible
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
- Quick to learn




- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Comfortable managing multiple things at once
- Interested in business, startups, marketing, photography, filmmaking or the wedding industry
- Genuinely excited to learn how a business works

You don't need to know everything already. We care more about your attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility.
