We've launched our Tetra Pak range and are scaling aggressively across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, Institutions, and emerging retail channels. Selected under Startups by Tetra Pak and supported by WE Hub, we're a lean, high-ownership, execution-obsessed team. No bureaucracy. No passengers. Just builders.

The role

You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO on whatever matters most for ZUMI at the time. Some weeks that's growing sales on a new platform, some weeks it's launching a flavour, preparing for an investor meeting or opening a new city. This is not an assistant role - you'll own outcomes, not tasks.

What you'll work on

- Growth and channels (your home base): Grow ZUMI across quick commerce, D2C, e-commerce and institutional accounts - listings, promotions, partner follow-ups, and tracking what's selling.




- Marketing and consumer engagement: Campaigns, content, sampling drives and activations, and bringing consumer feedback back into the business.
- Special projects: New city or channel launches, product launches with our R&D; team, pricing and cost analysis, new partnerships.
- Founder support on strategy: Investor and program applications, business reviews, MIS and dashboards, and preparing for key meetings.
- Team coordination: Work with our interns day to day and keep projects moving across functions.

You might be a fit if you

- Are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years in a startup, consulting, FMCG or D2C role
- Have run something scrappy - a college fest, a side business, a campaign, a community
- Are equally comfortable building a spreadsheet, writing a pitch and talking to a store owner
- Get things done without being chased, and follow up until they close
- Are curious, learn rapid, and are unafraid to work at any level
- Thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and close every loop
