We are looking for a passionate and experienced Foundation Chemistry Faculty to join our academic team. The faculty will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students of Classes 8 to 10, following the prescribed academic planner and ensuring effective delivery of the Foundation curriculum.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make Chemistry engaging and concept-oriented for school students preparing for competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Chemistry classes for students of Classes 8, 9, and 10.
- Deliver concepts in a clear, structured, and student-friendly manner.
- Follow the academic planner, lesson plans, syllabus schedule, and prescribed curriculum systematically.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the stipulated academic timelines.
- Plan and conduct regular classroom activities, problem-solving sessions, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Prepare students with a strong conceptual foundation for JEE/NEET and other competitive examinations.
- Conduct and evaluate class tests, periodic assessments, assignments, worksheets, and examinations.
- Analyse student performance and identify learning gaps.
- Provide appropriate academic support and mentoring to students who require additional attention.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, academic progress, test performance, and syllabus completion.
- Coordinate closely with the Academic Head – Foundation regarding academic planning, syllabus progress, student performance, and classroom requirements.
- Participate in academic review meetings, faculty meetings, training sessions, and curriculum discussions.
- Work collaboratively with other Foundation faculty members to ensure consistency in academic delivery.
- Provide timely feedback regarding student performance, curriculum challenges, and academic requirements.




- Support the team in conducting PTMs, seminars, orientation programmes, Olympiads, scholarship examinations, and other academic events.
- Develop and use suitable teaching methodologies, examples, demonstrations, and practice materials to improve student understanding.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.
- Ensure adherence to the institution’s academic standards, policies, processes, and timelines.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry / Chemistry-related discipline.
- Prior teaching experience in Foundation / CBSE / ICSE / competitive examination-oriented coaching will be preferred.
- Experience handling Classes 8–10 is desirable.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Chemistry.
- Ability to teach concepts from fundamentals and gradually build competitive-exam aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Willingness to work according to the academic planner and institutional schedule.
- Should be proactive, disciplined, and committed to student outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.
