What we are looking for:

Role: Forward Deployment Engineer Intern

We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer Intern who is interested in working at the intersection of technology, product implementation, and customer requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to help deploy and configure technology solutions in real-world environments. You will gain hands-on exposure to understanding requirements, setting up solutions, troubleshooting issues, working with APIs and integrations, and supporting deployments.





This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with technology, learning quickly, and interacting with different teams.

Experience: Freshers/ 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

- Support the deployment and implementation of technology solutions across client and internal environments.
- Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into implementation tasks.
- Assist in configuring applications, workflows, integrations, and system environments.
- Work with APIs, databases, logs, and other technical tools to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support integration of applications with third-party systems and services.
- Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, integration, and application-related issues.
- Work closely with software engineers, product teams, QA, DevOps, and client-facing teams during implementations.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Document implementation steps, configurations, issues, and resolutions.
- Monitor deployed solutions and assist with identifying and resolving production issues.
- Support data migration, data validation, and system configuration activities where required.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and platforms relevant to the projects being deployed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.




- Basic understanding of software development and the software development lifecycle.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals in at least one language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Familiarity with databases and basic SQL.
- Basic understanding of Git/version control.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly.

Valuable to Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Linux/command-line environments.
- Understanding of CI/CD or deployment processes.
- Exposure to Docker or containerized applications.
- Experience working with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Exposure to Salesforce or other enterprise platforms.
- Prior project, internship, hackathon, or open-source experience.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI-powered applications.
