FOOTWEAR MERCHANDISER – EXPORT

Indishoe Company is a Gurgaon-based manufacturer and exporter of fashion footwear and leather products for international brands.

If you are an experienced footwear merchandiser who can independently handle international buyers and take ownership of an order from development to shipment, we would like to hear from you.

Requirements

- FDDI qualification in BBA/MBA – Retail & Fashion Merchandise, or B.Des/M.Des – Footwear Design & Production preferred.
- 3–7 years of footwear merchandising experience
- Experience with a reputed footwear export house / manufacturer is essential
- Proven experience independently handling international buyer accounts
- Experience with European / US fashion footwear brands preferred
- Robust knowledge of ladies' footwear, particularly sandals, heels, pumps, mules and flats
- Good understanding of footwear construction, materials,



costing and production
- Experience managing the complete cycle from development → costing → sampling → approval → production → shipment
- Excellent communication, follow-up and coordination skills
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple styles, orders and deadlines

CTC ₹4–6 LPA, depending on experience and capability
