Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Food Technologist to manage food product quality, safety, processing, formulation, and compliance. The candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, R&D;, and Purchase teams to ensure products meet required quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, improve, and standardize food products and formulations.

- Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products for quality.

- Conduct and coordinate quality testing, sampling, and product evaluation.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and applicable food safety standards.

- Maintain product specifications, SOPs, quality records, and testing reports.

- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices across production areas.

- Coordinate with the laboratory for microbiological, chemical, and physical testing.

- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Support new product development, trials, shelf-life studies, and process improvements.





- Evaluate packaging materials and ensure proper labelling and storage requirements.

- Conduct regular inspections of production areas and ensure process standards are followed.

- Coordinate with vendors regarding raw material quality and specifications.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

- Support internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.

- Train production and food-handling employees on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

Qualification

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Science & Technology

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or related field.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Food Technology, Food Processing, Quality Control, or Food Manufacturing.

- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considere

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
