ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client, a restaurant based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, is seeking an experienced Food Services Supervisor to join their team.
The successful candidate will supervise daily food service operations, coordinate staff activities, maintain service standards, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff.
Assist with daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
Train and support new and existing employees.
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures are followed.
Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies when required.
Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable food service regulations.
Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operational activities.
Perform other duties related to the role as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of relevant food service or restaurant supervisory experience.
Previous experience supervising or leading food service staff.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
IELTS Band 6 or equivalent English-language proficiency is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
Ability to obtain the required work authorization/visa to work in Canada.

Relocation support is available for the successful candidate.
Candidates must be prepared to relocate to Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada once the required work authorization/visa process has been completed.
