F&B; Operations Manager – Cluster

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on F&B; Operations Manager – Cluster to oversee Food & Beverage operations across multiple properties and outlets. The person will be responsible for maintaining service standards, improving revenue and profitability, managing teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee F&B; operations across multiple properties/outlets and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Monitor service quality, food quality, hygiene, presentation, and guest experience.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Chefs, Bar Managers and other department heads.
- Drive F&B; revenue through effective menu planning, promotions, events and upselling.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, wastage, inventory and overall departmental expenses.
- Work closely with the culinary team on menu engineering, menu development and pricing.
- Plan and execute F&B; events, special occasions and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper staffing, duty allocation, training and performance management of F&B; teams.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Establish and maintain SOPs and ensure compliance across all outlets.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and review F&B; reports, budgets,



forecasts and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Purchase, HR and other departments for smooth operations.
- Train and mentor F&B; managers and supervisors to improve team performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing and company standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in F&B; operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant or multi-outlet operations preferred.
- Solid knowledge of F&B; service, beverage operations, costing and inventory control.
- Experience in menu engineering, event execution and team training.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties/outlets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of revenue management and F&B; profitability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and F&B;/POS systems.
