Key Responsibilities • Revenue Generation: Achieve targets for foreign currency (notes, sales, travel cards) and outward remittances.
- Operations: Manage daily FX transactions and ensure product hygiene.
- Business Development: Support business development (BDE) teams and build FX business from non-licensed branches.
- Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance and maintain financial reporting standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service and build client relationships.
- Training: Educate colleagues on FX products and business.
