We are looking for a highly skilled Food Safety Auditor to join our team at Equinox Labs Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in food safety and auditing, with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit findings and recommendations.
- Provide training and guidance on food safety best practices to employees.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to food safety and quality control.
- Ensure all food products meet regulatory requirements before distribution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food safety auditing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and software applications.
