Role Description The Food and Beverage Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mawal, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. This role includes planning and supervising service, coordinating with culinary teams, monitoring product quality, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The Food and Beverage Executive will manage guest interactions, address service concerns, and support staff training to maintain high service benchmarks.





Additional responsibilities include assisting with menu planning, contributing to revenue and cost control initiatives, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless event and corporate engagement experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food & Beverage and Food Service skills, with experience in premium or luxury hospitality environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests and teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills and an understanding of menu offerings, presentation standards, and food safety practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in team supervision, shift planning, and staff coaching to support efficient operations.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an F&B; supervisory or executive role, ideally within resorts, hotels, or experiential hospitality settings, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and readiness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
