Role Description The Food and Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh. This role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in accordance with brand standards. The associate supports daily restaurant and banquet operations, including table setup, clearing, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across service areas.





Responsibilities also include coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, managing billing and payment processes, and addressing guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally. The Food and Beverage Associate contributes to creating memorable dining experiences by maintaining product knowledge, following safety and compliance guidelines, and upholding Treat’s standards of warm, attentive hospitality.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, guest interaction, and communication skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu familiarity, order taking, and table service standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting, including teamwork, time management, and multitasking.
- Attention to detail regarding cleanliness, hygiene practices, and safety standards in all food and beverage areas.
- Comfort with billing procedures, handling cash or digital payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
- Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or event catering is preferred; exposure to banquet or large-event service is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality-related certification or diploma is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations, and willingness to learn and grow within the brand.
