About The Role

We are seeking a talented Flutter Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile and web applications that align with our innovative fintech products. Your expertise will directly influence the user experience and functionality of our platform, enabling us to deliver superior solutions to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for UI/UX design, a strong command of Flutter and Dart, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, efficient frontend code. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Flutter Engineer with at least 2+ years in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile development methodologies to ensure iterative and flexible project management.
- Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces for both mobile and web applications.




- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Photoshop is preferred.
- An eye for detail with a keen sense of design aesthetics and user-centric thinking.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and rigorously test creative and responsive UI components for mobile and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Work on early-stage, potentially disruptive fintech products, contributing to their conceptualization and execution.
- Build reusable code libraries and components to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Translate complex user and business requirements into functional, efficient frontend solutions.
