1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The candidate will work on mobile applications related to Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS), GPS-based applications, tracking dashboards, alerts, reports, and other business applications.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build cross-platform applications for Android and iOS.
- Convert UI/UX designs and requirements into responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Work with JSON data and third-party APIs.
- Integrate GPS, location services, maps, notifications, and other device features.
- Implement real-time vehicle/location tracking features where required.
- Develop modules such as login, user management, vehicle tracking, alerts, notifications, reports, and dashboards.
- Integrate Google Maps / map-based services and location-related functionality.
- Implement push notifications and background services.
- Debug and resolve application crashes, bugs, performance issues, and UI problems.
- Perform application testing across different Android/iOS devices and screen sizes.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, security, and responsiveness.
- Work with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA/Test Engineers, and other team members.
- Participate in code reviews and follow proper coding standards.




- Maintain technical documentation and development-related records.
- Manage application builds and assist with Google Play Store / Apple App Store deployment.
- Provide technical support and maintenance for existing mobile applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development, and security practices.

1. Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application development.
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Knowledge of JSON and HTTP protocols.
- Experience with Google Maps / location services.
- Knowledge of Firebase services such as:
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
- Firebase Analytics
- Crash Reporting
- Good understanding of state management such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or GetX.
- Knowledge of local storage/database such as SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
- Understanding of mobile application security and data handling.
- Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization.

1. Preferred Skills

- Experience in GPS / Vehicle Tracking / Fleet Management applications.
- Experience with real-time tracking applications.
- Knowledge of WebSocket or real-time communication.
- Experience with background location tracking.
- Experience with payment gateway or third-party API integration.




- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Java, or .NET.
- Experience in publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

1. Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and strong Flutter development skills may also be considered.

1. Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Flutter / Mobile Application Development. Freshers with solid Flutter projects, internship experience, and practical knowledge may also be considered based on their technical skills.

1. Working Conditions

The selected candidate will be required to work as per the company's working hours, policies, rules, and regulations. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
