FLOOR MANAGER – JEWELLERY Experience: 3–8 Years Industry: Jewellery Retail Jewellery Experience: MANDATORY Key ResponsibilitiesManage showroom floor operations and supervise the sales team. Drive daily and monthly sales targets. Handle VIP and high-value customers and support sales closures.

Monitor team performance, customer service, and sales conversion. Ensure strong product knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery. Monitor product display, stock movement, and showroom standards.

Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.

Requirements5–8 years of Jewellery Retail experience is mandatory.



Previous experience as Floor Manager / Senior Sales Executive preferred. Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills. Proven sales-target achievement. Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.
