FLOOR MANAGER – Key Responsibilities Floor Operations: Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the assigned showroom floor.

Sales Target: Support the team in achieving daily, monthly and overall showroom sales targets.

Team Supervision: Supervise, guide and motivate sales executives to improve their performance and productivity.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and assist the team in handling customer queries and complaints.

Sales Monitoring: Track individual sales performance, customer handling and conversion on a regular basis.

Staff Discipline: Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline and adherence to showroom procedures.

Customer Allocation: Ensure proper customer allocation among sales executives and effective follow-up of prospective customers. Product & Stock Coordination: Coordinate with the concerned team for product availability,



display and smooth customer transactions.

Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and floor performance reports to the Showroom Manager. SOP & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, security procedures and service standards on the showroom floor.
