ABOUT THE ROLE

Team lead or as floor incharge you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the motorcycle/scooter service workshop, ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and achievement of service revenue targets. The role includes managing technicians, monitoring service quality, inventory control, and maintaining safety and operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Manage and coordinate all after-sales refurbishment activities for assigned projects/products.

• Ensure timely completion of refurbishment tasks within defined TATs.

• Coordinate with internal departments, service teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure refurbishment standards are met.

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and status updates related to refurbishment activities.

• Address customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Track pending issues and proactively follow up until closure.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety guidelines

• Leading and managing a team of technicians to ensure timely resolution

KEY REQUIREMENT





• Btech in mechanical engineering/ after sales operations

• Strong knowledge of motorcycle/scooter mechanics and diagnostics

• Leadership and team management skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Customer handling and communication skills

• Workshop planning and operational management

• Basic computer skills (ERP, job card management)

- Manage daily operations of the service center, ensuring productive use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
- Oversee bike sales, after-sales services, workshop management, dealer operations, and team handling to drive business growth.
- Provide advisory services to customers on automobile servicing and maintenance needs.
- Ensure effective showroom management by supervising floor operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Floor Management or related field (Auto Ancillary Industry).
- Diploma/B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering).
- Strong understanding of bike service advisory services, dealer handling, team supervision, and team handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
