About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Flight Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of domestic and international flight ticketing, reservation handling, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticketing.
- Create and manage PNRs and process ticket issuance.
- Handle ticket cancellations, refunds, reissues, and date changes.
- Check fare rules, baggage allowance, and airline policies.
- Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and itinerary changes.
- Coordinate with airlines and customers for booking-related issues.
- Ensure accuracy while issuing and modifying tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely support.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant flight ticketing experience.
- Solid knowledge of domestic and international ticketing.
- Experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Candidates should be available for Bangalore or Rourkela location only.
- Candidates with relevant flight ticketing experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
