Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Flexo Operator in machine setup and changeovers as per the Job Card and production requirements.

- Support preparation and handling of printing plates, inks, anilox rolls, cylinders/sleeves, substrates and other printing materials.

- Assist in mounting and removing printing plates and ensure proper handling to avoid damage.

- Support ink preparation, loading, circulation and cleaning as instructed by the operator.

- Assist in setting machine parameters such as registration, impression, tension and other required settings under the operator's guidance.

- Monitor the printing process and immediately report any quality issues, machine abnormalities, ink problems or material-related issues.

- Check printed material for basic quality parameters such as colour consistency, registration, print clarity, smudging, missing print and other visible defects.

- Maintain proper identification and handling of OK, HOLD and Rejected material as per company procedure.

- Assist the operator during roll changes, material loading/unloading and job changeovers.





- Keep the machine, work area, tools and accessories clean and organized.

- Assist in routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance activities as instructed.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of inks, solvents, plates, sleeves, anilox rolls and other consumables.

- Follow all safety, PPE, production, quality and housekeeping procedures.

- Maintain proper care of company equipment and report any damage, leakage or abnormal machine condition.

- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Maintenance and Stores teams whenever required.

- Follow instructions related to production targets, job priorities and shift requirements.

- Maintain proper workplace discipline and support the operator in achieving productivity and quality targets.

- Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Flexo Operator or Printing Supervisor.

Pay: ₹16,206.09 - ₹44,617.75 per month
