The EV Vehicle Fleet Supervisor – Cargo Vehicle is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees daily EV cargo fleet operations, including vehicle dispatching, scheduling, and route allocation to ensure timely and efficient cargo deliveries. The supervisor monitors vehicle performance, energy usage, and maintenance needs, coordinating with technicians and vendors to keep all EVs in safe, roadworthy condition.

Responsibilities include tracking fleet utilization, maintaining operational records, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and resolving on-ground issues with drivers and partners. The role also involves guiding and supporting drivers, communicating operational updates, and collaborating with management to optimize fleet costs and performance.

Qualifications

Strong supervisory and team leadership skills, with experience overseeing drivers or operational staff.

Hands-on experience in fleet operations and fleet management, preferably with EV or commercial cargo vehicles.





Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and ability to coordinate repairs, inspections, and servicing.

Familiarity with route planning, scheduling, and basic logistics or transport management.

Ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety.

Comfort with using digital tools or fleet management software for monitoring vehicles and reporting.

Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements related to commercial transportation.

Prior experience in EV fleet operations or cargo logistics is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, transportation, business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
