Fleet Growth

● Work with Vehicle OEMs to identify, test, and qualify vehicles for the fleet as per business requirements and testing SOPs.

● Negotiate and close vehicle quotes with OEMs for required quantities and pricing.

● Work with Vehicle Providers (Financiers/Lessors) to close leasing agreements with negotiated EMI values, lease terms, and tenure.

● Coordinate tri-partite Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between Vehicle Providers and OEMs to ensure proper post-procurement servicing.

● Ensure strict Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) are closed before registration, confirming zero issues and full feature presence.

● Coordinate with Vehicle Providers and OEMs for quick registration and hypothecation closure, including insurance and document collection.

● Coordinate with Fast Charging/Battery Swapping providers or CPOs to ensure charging infrastructure is ready for newly procured vehicles.

Daily Operations

● Manage the Service and Asset team to ensure daily closure of tickets — service, recovery, breakdowns, and attritions (vehicle returns).

● Coordinate cross-functionally to fulfill all business and operations requirements.

● Ensure minimum operational revenue loss (per target) from vehicle issues, through solid service/replacement SOPs.

● Ensure vehicle uptime targets are met across all cities via close coordination with service centers, vehicle providers, and OEM partners.

● Ensure audited deployment, exchange, and return of vehicles to drivers via the Fyn Mobile App.

● Ensure daily physical audits of all fleet vehicles at Fyn warehouse locations (in service, returned, or deployment-ready).

● Control service and vehicle movement costs, and maximize damage recovery from clients/drivers on vehicle return.

● Manage vendor relationships for servicing and spares, including weekly invoice auditing and payment cash flow.

● Ensure monthly Repair & Maintenance reports are tracked for accounting and MIS purposes.





● Ensure all vehicle addition/inactivation data and related cost data (charging, AMC, maintenance) are audited and captured monthly for accounting and MIS.

● Work with Vehicle Providers to ensure accurate lease billing, including downtime tracking and deductions.

● Execute time-sensitive activities within defined TAT — accident insurance claims, vehicle release during legal matters — to minimize downtime.

● Use vehicle telematics and audit data to plan predictive and preventive maintenance.

Fleet Data and Technology

● Ensure uptime of all vehicle telematics (IoT) devices for 24/7 tracking and traceability.

● Ensure uptime of immobilizer and battery-blocking systems for round-the-clock vehicle recovery capability.

● Ensure all vehicle data on the Fyn internal platform is current, with all documents uploaded.

● Ensure the platform captures complete financial and agreement data — Monthly EMI, lease start/end dates, ownership type, security deposit, etc.

● Ensure vehicle status on the platform always matches real-world status and location.

● Work with Tech and Product teams to continuously enhance and digitally implement data points, processes, and workflows on the Fyn platform and app, in line with business and operational needs.

● Monitor and control the fleet daily via OEM telematics dashboards, tracking battery health, asset performance, utilization, and safety.

● Manage and maintain Metabase via SQL queries for fleet analytics, ticketing systems, data tracking, fleet counts, and financier visibility for investors.

● Drive AI implementation to speed up analytics, insights, and complex problem-solving using fleet data.

● Work with OEM and technology partners to keep the fleet current with the latest telematics hardware, battery technology, performance controls, and charging network access.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
