? We’re Hiring – Fire Fighting BIM Modeller | JKR Consulting & ServicesJKR Consulting & Services is looking for a Fire Fighting BIM Modeller to work on a large commercial project in Bangalore Main City.

? Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

? Employment: Full-Time

?‍? Experience: 2–5 Years

? Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA

⏳ Joining: Candidates who can join within 15–20 days preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D Fire Fighting BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Model sprinklers, hydrants, fire-water piping, pumps, tanks, valves and fittings.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and other MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, schedules and documentation.
- Work as per LOD 300/350/400/500 requirements and project BIM standards.




- Ensure model quality, naming conventions and timely delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit – Fire Fighting.
- Good understanding of fire-fighting systems, NFPA/IS standards.
- Knowledge of Navisworks & Clash Detection.
- Understanding of BIM standards; ISO 19650 knowledge is an advantage.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
