Job Summary

We are looking for a Finishing Engineer Civil responsible for managing and supervising finishing activities at real estate construction projects. The role will ensure that all finishing works are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and handover requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute all civil finishing works at the project site.

- Manage activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors, windows, stonework and other finishing works.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, MEP teams and other project stakeholders.

- Ensure execution is strictly as per approved drawings, specifications and BOQ.

- Monitor daily progress and ensure finishing activities are completed within the planned schedule.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards.





- Identify and rectify snags, defects and finishing issues before handover.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, checklists, inspection reports and work completion records.

- Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure proper integration of civil finishing and services.

- Verify material quality and ensure materials are used as per approved specifications.

- Monitor contractor manpower, productivity and work allocation.

- Ensure proper coordination for leased/commercial spaces, fit-out areas and tenant handover, wherever applicable.

- Assist in preparing areas for client/tenant inspection and final handover.

- Ensure all punch points/snags are closed within the required timeline.

- Follow all project safety, quality and compliance standards.
