Role Description

We have successfully registered ourselves on the NSE Social Stock Exchange (Registration No. NSESSENPO0209, effective 24 September 2026

We are now planning to raise funds through Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) instruments

This is a part-time, remote role for:

Preparation of the Draft Fundraising Document (FRD)

- Overall process management and compliance for the ZCZP issue
- Guidance on investor/donor outreach (CSR, retail/demat holders, institutions, etc.)





To deal with SEBI related formalitiesfor our registered status with NSE

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Services knowledge, with the ability to apply these skills to the needs of older persons.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess financial information, identify risks, and develop practical recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Consulting experience, including client advisory, problem-solving, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields; qualified certifications in financial planning or advisory are an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in social impact, nonprofit work, or working with older populations is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
