Hiring: FP&A; Specialist and TL

Experience: 5+ Years (Relevant)

Location: Chennai

CTC: Up to 13 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role Purpose

Own and drive end-to-end FP&A; delivery for manufacturing operations. Provide forward-looking financial insights, challenge business assumptions, strengthen planning governance and act as the senior finance partner for management decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of MIS & FP&A; reporting (Revenue, Costs, SG&A;, Margins)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Actual vs Budget vs Forecast variance analysis
- Contribution / Variable Margin analysis
- Good understanding of financial statements like Cash flow, P & L and Balance Sheet
- Solid analytical mindset ability to identify trends, anomalies, and drivers

Below additional skill is a mandatory for TL role

1. IFRS Standards knowledge ( details in attached JD)

Below skills will be added advantage

1. SAP exposure (GL, Cost Centers, Reports, Costing runs)
2. Power BI / MIS dashboards
