Role Description The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process, preparing detailed financial models, and delivering insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

Day-to-day tasks include consolidating financial data, monitoring performance against budgets, analyzing variances, and preparing management reports and dashboards. The manager will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business cases, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency. The role also involves enhancing FP&A; processes,



refining reporting frameworks, and supporting senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and presentations.

Qualifications

- Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills to drive budgeting, long-term planning, and strategic financial decision-making.
- Advanced Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling capabilities to interpret complex data and build robust, scenario-based models.
- Proficiency in Budgeting & Forecasting to manage annual plans, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Experience with financial reporting tools, spreadsheets, and ERP systems; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven experience in FP&A; or related finance roles, preferably in a corporate or multi-business environment.
- High attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
