nRole Purpose

nWe are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial controllership, accounting, reporting, compliance and audit functions for a fast-growing business. The role requires strong hands-on ownership of financial reporting, month-end closure, statutory compliance, internal controls and finance processes, along with the ability to work closely with senior management and business teams.

nKey Responsibilities

- Own P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and month-end closing .
n
- Drive accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS.
n
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, CARO, ICFR, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF and Professional Tax .
n
- Manage Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Limited Reviews .
n
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
n
- Manage accounting controls, reconciliations, provisions and financial governance.
n
- Handle tax/statutory matters and litigations.
n
- Drive ERP implementation, finance automation and process improvements.
n
- Partner with business teams to improve financial discipline, working capital and reporting.
n
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

nIdeal Candidate

nA Chartered Accountant with 7–12 years of relevant experience and solid expertise in financial accounting and controllership. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow , along with hands-on experience in month-end closure, audits, statutory compliances, Excel and ERP systems.

nExperience in IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre, cloud or high-growth services is preferred. Experience handling finance for a ₹100+ Cr services business or ₹200+ Cr goods/business environment will be an added advantage.

nThe candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve finance processes and deliver measurable business outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and taking end-to-end ownership of the finance function.
