Role Description The Financial Analyst – Supply Chain Management and Business Development Controllership role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves supporting financial planning and analysis for supply chain operations, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and margin improvement initiatives.

The analyst will collaborate with business development and controllership teams to evaluate new business opportunities, prepare financial models, and assess investment returns. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and reports,



monitoring key performance indicators, and providing data-driven insights to management for decision-making. The role also requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, adherence to internal controls, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and overall Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and business case evaluations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets, perform variance analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial disclosures.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in supply chain finance, business development controllership, or automotive/ manufacturing industry finance.
- Candidates should have proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems or financial software is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Chartered accountant having 2-4 years of post qualification experience.
