ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Manager Financial Reporting & Consolidation to lead the groups financial close, consolidation, and statutory reporting function. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely preparation of consolidated Ind AS financial statements for a listed healthcare company with multi-entity, multi-currency operations across India and the United States. The incumbent will also serve as the primary interface with Big 4 auditors and senior management on all reporting matters.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 5–6 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting and consolidation.





Demonstrated experience in Ind AS financial reporting, preferably within a listed company environment.

Hands-on experience with multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation (standalone + group statements).

Solid working knowledge of Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, and Ind AS framework.

Prior experience managing Big 4 / large audit firm interactions and audit closure processes.

Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion / EBS or SAP for period-end close and reporting.

Preferred

Exposure to US GAAP reporting or cross-border M&A; accounting (ASC 805 / Ind AS 103 PPA).

Experience in the healthcare, IT/ITES, or BPM sector is an advantage.

Working knowledge of deferred tax accounting under Ind AS 12 and SEBI LODR compliance obligations.
