Finance Analyst
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Job Type: C2H
We are looking for a Finance Analyst with solid experience in Finance & Accounting processes. The candidate will work closely with business, finance, and technology teams to drive process improvements, finance transformation initiatives, and deliver functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and FP&A; processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solutions.
- Support finance transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, test cases, UAT documentation, and user guides.
