Financial Analyst

Remote | Full-time We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and decision-making across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, building financial models, and turning data into clear insights.

What you’ll do

- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and management dashboards
- Build and maintain financial models
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and business performance
- Support budgeting and financial planning
- Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data
- Prepare financial analysis for business decisions
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting
- Maintain accurate financial data and documentation
- Work with leadership and other teams on financial planning and analysis
- Improve financial reporting and analysis processes

What we’re looking for

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills




- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to build and understand financial models
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain financial information clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience with accounting or financial software is a plus
- CFA, ACCA, CPA, CA, finance degree, or equivalent experience is a plus
