Role Description Assist founders across India with Company Incorporation, GST Registration, MSME Registration, Startup India Registration, Auditor Appointment, and other compliance services. Manage documentation, coordinate with internal teams and government portals, track applications,



resolve client queries, and ensure all tasks are completed within defined SLA/TAT while maintaining high CSAT and service quality.

Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, compliance, or business services.
- Valuable understanding of company incorporation, GST and basic business compliance.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good attention to detail, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp, and online government portals.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work against SLA/TAT targets.
