Role Description

MAPL is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jaipur . This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.




- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and external advisors.
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Senior Management on financial matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and financial efficiency.
- Support management with financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
- CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, EPC, or project-based businesses is preferred.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
