- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS) and internal company policies

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning

- Support costing, pricing, and profitability analysis across business units

- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management review

- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements

- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit completion and closure of observations

- Oversee working capital management, cash flow planning, and treasury operations

- Review and strengthen internal financial controls and processes

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders as required

- Mentor and manage a team of accounts executives/junior finance staff
