Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Internship role based in Delhi, India. The intern will assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting accounting and bookkeeping activities, and helping with tax and compliance documentation.

Daily tasks may include data entry, reconciliations, basic financial analysis, and supporting internal audits under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will also help with research on financial regulations, preparing client reports,



and maintaining organized records. This role offers exposure to real-world finance and accounting practices in a professional advisory environment and provides opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and Financial Statements , including basic understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess foundational Accounting skills, such as journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and familiarity with accounting principles.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, prepare clear reports, and interact professionally with clients.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include enrollment in or completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools; attention to detail; integrity and professionalism; and willingness to learn in a quick-paced advisory environment.
