Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual budget.
- Supervise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.




- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including taxation, audits, and company law.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Manage treasury operations and working capital efficiently.
- Liaison with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
