Company Description Revzio.ai is building AI-native accounting and finance automation solutions that can understand financial workflows, execute accounting tasks autonomously, and post the final outcomes directly into ERPs.

Role Description We are looking for a finance professional who combines strong hands-on accounting/process knowledge with a product and automation mindset.

The Finance

Lead - Customer Success is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client workflows and financial processes, and translating those needs into effective use of Revzio’s products.

The Finance

Lead will collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve workflows and financial accuracy. This role also involves leading customer onboarding, conducting training sessions, gathering feedback, and recommending product enhancements that drive adoption and long-term value.

The candidate will work closely with our product, engineering and AI teams to define:

How accounting workflows should be automated

What decisions an AI agent can take autonomously

What controls and validations should exist

What exceptions should be escalated to finance teams

- What accounting entries/actions should ultimately reflect in the ERP

Location: Bangalore

CTC: ₹18–24 LPA + RSUs

Experience: Ideally 4-6 years, depending on depth of experience





Qualifications The candidate should have strong end-to-end understanding of:

- Revenue / Contract-to-Cash processes – contract review, invoicing, revenue recognition, AR, collections, credit notes, reconciliations and revenue close.
- Payments and reconciliation – payment processing, bank reconciliation, customer/vendor reconciliation, cash application and exception handling.
- Month-end close – journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, reconciliations, close checklists, variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Accounting controls and workflows – approvals, maker-checker processes, audit trails, exception management and accounting policies.
- ERP experience: Valuable working knowledge of one or more of the following would be important: NetSuite, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero
- Exposure to ERP integrations, APIs, accounting automation or finance transformation projects would be a strong advantage.

- SaaS finance or revenue operations

- Big 4 finance transformation / consulting
- High-growth startups where they have managed finance processes hands-on
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred, but practical process knowledge and an automation mindset are more important than the qualification itself.
