Position / Job Role

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Role Overview

The Executive - Finance will support the Finance & Accounts team in handling day-to-day accounting operations, audits, compliance, and financial reporting. The role provides exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of finance in an FMCG setting and is ideal for individuals who have foundational accounting experience and aspire to build a career in corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily accounting operations, journal entries, and ledger management.

Support monthly closing, bank reconciliations,



and MIS preparation.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice validation, payment processing, and expense tracking.

Assist in statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, PT, etc.) under supervision.

Support budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control activities.

Assist during internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely closure of audit points.

Prepare and maintain financial data, documentation, and compliance reports.

Work on Excel-based financial models and reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience: Candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience may apply.

Skills

Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Familiarity with Accounting Software and MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
