Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely statutory compliance, and support management decision-making through accurate MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with reconciliations, payment processing, cashflow planning, and payroll.
**Key Responsibilities :
1. **MIS Reporting
- Prepare periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) MIS reports for management review
- Analyze financial data and highlight variances, trends, and key insights
- Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, expenses, receivables, and payables
- **Payments
- Process vendor, employee, and other business payments accurately and on time
- Verify invoices, approvals, and supporting documents before disbursement
- Maintain proper documentation and payment records for audit purposes
- **Reconciliation Statements
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers, and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile GST/TDS and other statutory ledgers with books of accounts
- **Cashflow Management
- Monitor daily cash and bank positions
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and funding requirement projections
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and internal teams to ensure liquidity for operations
- **Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory returns
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for assessments and filings
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure internal processes remain compliant
- **Salary Processing
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including deductions and statutory contributions
- Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and issuance of payslips
- Handle reimbursements, full & final settlements, and payroll-related queries **Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounts operations
- Proficiency in Tally/SAP/other ERP systems and MS Excel
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and work with minimal supervision **Key Competencies :
